Operations Intern (Conversion to Full-Time)

ABOUT THE ROLE This is not a typical operations internship. We're not looking for someone to manage processes — we're looking for someone to automate them out of existence. You'll report directly to a founding team member and own real parts of the business from day one: no slide decks, no shadow work, no busy tasks. If something is broken, you fix it. If something is manual, you eliminate it. Th
